Aaqib Javed roped in by Sri Lanka Cricket ahead of T20 World Cup

He was also a member of Pakistan’s 1992 World Cup-winning team and is currently the head coach of Pakistan Super League (PSL) side Lahore Qalandars. In the past, Javed has also worked as the bowling coach of the Pakistan national team, while also being associated with the UAE national team as coach.
